Sorry Fercho,I'm getting my weekly pedicure...I could never be that shallow...
Of course I wouldn't miss this one! This might be everyone's last opportunity to show up without a walker or oxygen tank. So if you were saving yourself for the 50th reunion-perhaps you may want to re-think your decision. After years of University,Graduate School,Medical School and Residency I have been very fortunate to finally have a life which I enjoy! I have a very busy Family Practice in the Northeast and I am grateful for the relationships I have developed over the years with my patients. I still have lots of free time to pursue my own interests in Weight Training/Fitness,Gardening,Photography and Travel. My partner ,Garry Belleau ,owns and operates Ascention Aromatics-who knows, some of you are probably customers...lol. 30 years may have past, but it only seems like yesterday that we all were somehow "connected "by our school. Reflecting back on my own experience at Viscount,I am sure that it was probably the best and worst of times for every single one of us,yet still we all survived those years of teenage "angst". Hope to see as many of you as possible in June. For those of you not attending please still drop a few lines off in the register section,I have enjoyed reading everyone's entries. Well, hello all!
Once again, some very enthusiastic individuals have put together a party for us. Thanks to all those involved - your efforts are appreciated!
I'd like very much to attend, however, that's not possible this time around.
I'll stay posted to the website to ensure I don't miss the next one.

To my loyal subjects. Yes it is your King / Emperor, oops I mean President. Bet this is what ya been waiting for, right (not)? And there is no truth to the rumour that Shewchuk Q.C. is still upset about losing that election in 77 (or was it 76)? Probably the only contest he's ever lost.
Anyways after missing our last reunion, it will be good to see some of you guys (older, but I'm sure much wiser) on June 1st. Have always been amazed at how many VB reunion alumni managed to stay out of jail (at least on a long term basis) after leaving our great hall of learning and ended up doing something useful with their lives, such as procreating and/or gaining fulltime or other employment.
To all those who are still not sure you want to come and are making up all sorts of inventive excuses such as the fact you're having to save the world that weekend, wash the dog or clip your nails REMEMBER we'll be talking most about you (and generally not in a good way). So if you can at least make an attempt to drag your sorry carcasses to the Reunion and make an appearance (if only to preserve what little integrity and reputation you have left after spending 3 (or in some cases 6) years at VB).
And to all you organizing people a big Thank You. In spite of your busy lives, it's great to know that you took the initiative and got this reunion thing organized. Sorry I wasn't much help but have been stretched a little thin lately and my last attempt to organize an Elementary School reunion failed miserably, so believe me its better I wasn't a part of this.
Anyways as a lawyer I vowed not to say in too few words what could be said in more and I think for the time being I have succeeded quite admirably thank you very much.
Seriously though I hope you all try your best to make an appearance at this thing because it may be one of the last chances we get to see each other (gawd now I sound like a WW II vet or something).

Howdy and Aloha,
Fun times await . I look forward to trying to figure out who each and every one of you are! My evenings out are still largely regulated by the two youngest of my 5 children and 2 grandchildren but for certain extremely special occasions I will go out on a limb and commit to securing a babysitter. At this very moment I am wearing my 'Special Events Coordinator" hat as we prepare to host Team Japan on April 23rd to raise assistance for disaster relief healthcare in Japan...provided they are not carrying radiation particulate and pass customs! For many years I have been loving life serving as Director of Paranormal Affairs for Canstar Gold and Holistic Director for Mike Miles Muay Thai...before that I was a Gypsy, just loving life the gypsy way. [that would be the nutshell version you understand] so until we connect in June, thank you to all whom are organizing this event for organizing this event.
30 Years? [gotta be a metaphor as it seems I have no other means of grasping that concept]...make that 40 this time around! Update includes one more grandbaby, and guess what? I graduated ( finally? again?)
last year from IQUIM Quantum U with PhD in Quantum Medicine and was appointed Alberta Marriage Commissioner for 2017 WOOT! Oh Ya...and I traded in my boxing gloves for a yoga mat...does life get any better?
Come on peeps-add some updates to your profile and lets see who we can still recognize in 2017!Send Shelley a Message

30 Years. Wow. Been busy raising 3 kids aged 21,19,13. Worked at many jobs. Worked with bears, cougars, coyotes, wolves. Now I'm dog grooming and love it, except for the ones that bite. Hope to see all of you at the reuniion.Send shelley a Message
Viscount Bennett had a great history in my family as I was the last of 6 children to attend the school and the 5th to graduate from VBHS. I have many fond memories of teachers and fellow students and school activities including the "Scream Team". My family now means the most to me and with my oldest just finishing grade 7, I have many years ahead of children in high school. Although I will likely not be at the reunion, I wish the best to all '77 grads.Send Tom a Message

Wow! 30 years since High School - a lot of water under the bridge! I am married with 3 boys ages 16, 14 and 11. I keep in shape from walking 12 miles a day as a Letter Carrier with Canada Post. I still play the cello and I teach and play in Edmonton. I run a small business playing for people's special occasio ns like weddings and parties.Send Mark a Message
